Austin County: 182 total cases, 4 death, 120 recoveries
Austin County reported 38 new cases, three more deaths, and 48 new recoveries on Monday.
Brazoria County: 6,227 total cases, 53 deaths, 2,954 recoveries
Brazoria County is reporting 143 new COVID-19 cases and 79 recoveries on Friday.
Brazos County: 4,024 total cases, 47 deaths, 3,588 recoveries
Brazos County reported 27 new cases of COVID-19, one new death, and 63 new recoveries on Friday. More information here.
Chambers County: 941 total cases, 6 deaths, 768 recoveries
Chambers County announced 12 new cases and 24 new recoveries on Thursday. The latest county date is here.
Colorado County: 323 total cases, 2 deaths, 152 recoveries

Fort Bend County: 9,151 total cases, 108 deaths, 4,173 recoveries

Galveston County: 9,291 total cases, 73 deaths, 3,948 recoveries

Grimes County: 396 total cases, 149 recoveries

Harris County, including City of Houston: 83,183 total cases, 868 deaths, 47,435 recoveries
Harris County reported 1,264 new cases, 27 more deaths, and 562 new recoveries on Friday. The latest numbers can be found on the county's dashboard. The county's single-day high record of cases was 2,114 on July 31. The highest deaths reported in a single day was 36 on August 6.
Recoveries increased on Saturday, Aug. 1 after the City of Houston said they are joining Harris County by using a different criteria for COVID-19 recoveries. "Recovered cases include presumed recovered cases, defined as 28 days or more since the case was reported, or released from hospital and not deceased."
Jackson County: 402 total cases, 2 deaths, 338 recoveries
Jackson County added 17 new cases and four new recoveries on Friday.
Liberty County: 874 cases, 32 deaths, 421 recoveries
Liberty County reported 33 new COVID-19 cases and two deaths on Friday. The county is updating COVID-19 case numbers on its Facebook page.
Matagorda County: 711 total cases, 25 deaths, 341 recoveries
Matagorda County reported 19 new COVID-19 cases, two deaths, and dropped 20 recoveries on Friday.
Montgomery County: 6,577 total cases, 82 deaths, 4,487 recoveries
Montgomery County added 67 new cases, five new deaths, and 149 new recoveries on Friday.
Polk County: 748 total cases, 11 deaths, 192 recoveries

San Jacinto County: 157 total cases, 7 deaths, 101 recoveries
The county added 39 new recoveries on July 31.
